Redhawk Roof Intelligence Report™

A professional, data-driven roof evaluation

Redhawk Roof Intelligence Report™

Most homeowners are never given a clear, structured understanding of their roof’s condition. Instead, they’re often provided with quick inspections, limited explanations, or immediate recommendations without context.

The Redhawk Roof Intelligence Report™ is designed to change that.

Free Evaluation vs. Roof Intelligence Report™

We offer both a standard roof evaluation and the Redhawk Roof Intelligence Report™, depending on what level of detail a homeowner is looking for.

Standard Roof Evaluation (No Cost)

A standard evaluation is designed to identify obvious issues and determine whether repair or replacement may be needed.

This typically includes:

  • A general roof inspection
  • Basic observations
  • Verbal recommendations

For many situations, this is a helpful starting point.

Redhawk Roof Intelligence Report™ (RRIR)

The Redhawk Roof Intelligence Report™ is a more detailed, structured evaluation designed for homeowners who want a deeper understanding of their roofing system.

What the Report Includes

Annotated photos and findings

This allows property owners to better understand their roof and see exactly what is being referenced, making the decision-making process more clear and informed.

This system-based approach helps identify not only visible issues, but also underlying conditions that may affect long-term performance.

Ventilation observations

We often reference data from sources such as Oklahoma's own HailTrace, which provides detailed storm tracking and historical weather insight. This information helps add context to observed conditions and supports a clearer understanding of how the roof may have been affected over time.

WHY THIS LEVEL OF DETAIL MATTERS

Many roofing decisions are made with limited information, which can lead to confusion, unnecessary repairs, or premature replacement.

The Redhawk Roof Intelligence Report™ is designed to give you a clear understanding of your roof before making those decisions

Helpful for Insurance Claims

When This Makes Sense

When insurance claims are involved, the evaluation process often depends on how clearly roof conditions and damages are documented and communicated.

The Redhawk Roof Intelligence Report™ helps organize findings in a way that supports a better understanding of the roof during the evaluation process, while also giving the homeowner a clearer picture of their situation.

More Than a Basic Inspection

Some homeowners just need an estimate. Others want a deeper understanding before making a decision. This report is designed for those who value clarity and detailed information.

Repairability Assessment

In addition to the Redhawk Roof Intelligence Report™, we also offer a certified Repairability Assessment with Building Experts Institute.

This is a more specialized evaluation focused specifically on determining whether a roof can be repaired or if full replacement is necessary.

We are one of a limited number of contractors in Oklahoma certified to perform this type of assessment.

This process is often used in situations where:

  • Repair vs. replacement is being disputed
  • Insurance involvement requires a higher level of evaluation
  • A formal, third-party-backed methodology is needed

How It Works

The Repairability Assessment follows the only structured and published methodology designed to evaluate whether roofing materials can be effectively repaired while maintaining system integrity as written by P.E. Chad Williams and published by  American Society of Civil Engineers.

This goes beyond a standard inspection and is intended to provide a more definitive answer when repairability is in question.
